Release Schedule…

We release a new product or product line quarterly; Every three months.

Additional Sizes…

We strive to be inclusive. We offer sizes from small to 2XL regularly, but if you don’t see your size you can simply contact us. We will make additional sizes upon request.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds…

If you are unhappy with your item you can return it at your own cost and recieve a refund or exchange. Simply fill out the return slip and mail the item to the address below with the return slip in your package. Please mark the package ATTENTION: RETURNS

  • Exchanges only valid for incorrect sizing .

  • Returns only valid for undamaged products with tags

  • Returns only valid within 30 days of original order date.

Custom Orders…

Do you need high quality merch? Contact us today for a quote! Email us at blackdoutclothingco@gmail.com using the subject line: CUSTOM ORDER.

    • Custom Orders require a minimum order of 10 units.

    • Custom orders require a non-refundable $250 design fee. *2 free revisions to digital mockup, additional revisions $50*

    • Mockups typically take 2-3 business days. We will send one digital mockup and one sample item when digital sample is approved. *additional samples $50*

    • Upon mock up approval we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for materials.

    • Orders ship once full payment has been completed. *If payment is not received within 30 Days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and sell the products on our website*

    • There are NO RETURNS on custom orders.

    • We reserve the right to refuse any custom order for any reason.

      Collabs…

      Collaborations are like a custom order but are pre-order only. This saves money. By doing pre-order, the only up front cost is the design fee. If you are interested in a collaboration please email us with the subject line: COLLAB

        • Collabs require a non refundable design fee of $250. *Fee may be reduced or waived under special circumstances* *2 free revisions to digital mockup, additional revisions $50*

        • Mockups typically take 2-3 business days. We will send one digital mockup and one sample item when digital sample is approved. *additional samples $50*

        • Upon mock up approval we will launch item on site with a 30 day pre-order term.

        • Orders ship once pre-order term has been completed. *If no pre-orders are received in the pre-order term, collaborator may extend term for 30 days for a $10 fee.*

        • Collabs are available in two levels:

          • Level 1 is 100 total units

          • Level 2 is 100 units in each size.

        • Collaborators may request a quote for additional units for in person sales at any time.

        • Collaborators will receive a payment of $10 per pre-order item sold on the site during the pre-order term at the end of pre-order term.

        • We reserve the right to deny any collaboration for any reason.
